Visitors of the Westfall Local School District,

I would like to thank you for all that you do to support our children. I am writing to you as a Westfall Local School District (“District”) support organization or an organization that utilizes the District’s name, logo, and/or mascot. The Westfall Local School District Board of Education has a variety of Board policies that govern its operations, including policies KMA/KMA-R (Relations With Support Organizations) and KG/KG-R (Community Use of School Premises).

Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, your organization will be required to comply with Board Policy KMA/KMA-R to operate a support organization whose identity derives from the District (or one of its schools), and/or to use the District’s name, logo, and/or mascot. Similarly, to use the District’s facilities, your organization will be required to complete an application and comply with the requirements of Board Policy KG/KG-R.
